How to Play Numberle
Numberle is a number-guessing game where you try to find a hidden 5-digit number in 6 attempts. After each guess, the tiles change color to show how close your guess was to the secret number.
Rules
Type a 5-digit number and press Enter to submit your guess. You have 6 attempts to find the hidden number. Each guess must be exactly 5 digits long. After submitting, the tiles will flip and reveal color-coded feedback. The game ends when you guess the number correctly or run out of attempts.
Color Feedback
🟩 Green means the digit is correct and in the right position. 🟨 Yellow means the digit is in the number but in the wrong position. ⬜ Gray means the digit is not in the number at all. The on-screen keyboard also updates to reflect which digits you have already used and their status.
Tips & Strategy
Start with a guess that covers many different digits (e.g., 12345 or 60789). Use the color feedback to eliminate digits and narrow down possibilities. Avoid reusing gray digits. Try to place yellow digits in different positions in your next guess. Think about which digit positions you have already confirmed.
